Our refrigerator stopped cooling. I called on a Friday at noon and Mark came at 5:00 that same day after finishing other appointments. He quickly determined the problem with the starter switch and had the refrigerator running in minutes. The ice maker had not been working for two years, and, since the technician was so friendly and provided such excellent service, we brought this to his attention.
